The information provided by RevolvFi LLC (“RevolvFi,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) on revolvfi.com, through our client and broker portals, in our mobile applications, and in our marketing materials (collectively, the “Services”) is for general informational purposes only.

All information is provided in good faith. However, we make no representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied, as to the accuracy, adequacy, validity, reliability, availability, or completeness of any information on the Services. Under no circumstance will RevolvFi LLC have any liability to you for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of your use of the Services or your reliance on any information provided. Your use of the Services and your reliance on any information is solely at your own risk.

Commercial Purpose Only

RevolvFi LLC offers financing exclusively to businesses for commercial and business purposes. We do not offer consumer loans, personal loans, mortgages, or credit for personal, family, or household purposes.

Because our products are commercial, they are generally not subject to consumer credit protection laws, including the federal Truth in Lending Act and Regulation Z, and certain state consumer lending statutes. Consumer disclosures, rescission rights, and related protections do not apply to commercial financing transactions. Applicants should consult their own legal and financial advisors regarding the protections that do and do not apply.

Merchant Cash Advances Are Not Loans

A merchant cash advance is a purchase of a specified amount of future receivables at a discount. It is not a loan, and it is not a promise or obligation to repay a sum certain.

RevolvFi LLC purchases receivables and collects a specified percentage of those receivables as they are generated. Because collections are tied to actual business receipts, the time required to deliver the purchased amount varies and is not fixed. Where the applicable agreement provides for reconciliation, the merchant may request adjustment of remittance amounts consistent with actual receipts, in accordance with the terms of that agreement.

Factor rates are not annual percentage rates. A factor rate expresses the total cost of the purchase as a multiple of the amount advanced and cannot be directly compared to an APR, an interest rate, or the cost of an amortizing loan. Any cost comparison between products should be performed with your own accountant or advisor.

Where required by state law, RevolvFi LLC provides commercial financing disclosures in the form and manner prescribed by the applicable jurisdiction. Those disclosures, and the executed transaction documents, are the authoritative statement of the terms of any transaction.

No Offer, Commitment, or Guarantee of Approval

Nothing on the Services constitutes an offer, commitment, or agreement to extend financing, or a solicitation in any jurisdiction where such an offer would be unlawful.

• Submitting an application, receiving a quote, indication, pre-qualification, term sheet, or approval-in-principle does not guarantee funding.
• All financing is subject to underwriting, verification, credit and fraud review, satisfactory documentation, funding availability, and RevolvFi LLC’s sole discretion.
• We do not guarantee approval, any particular amount, any particular rate or term, or any particular funding timeline.
• Amounts, factor rates, fees, terms, payment structures, funding speeds, and timelines shown anywhere on the Services are illustrative estimates only, are subject to change without notice, and do not constitute an offer of specific terms to any applicant.
• Actual terms depend on the applicant’s business performance, credit profile, industry, time in business, bank and processing activity, existing obligations, jurisdiction, and other underwriting factors, and will vary — potentially substantially — from any figure displayed.

Binding terms exist only in a written agreement signed by RevolvFi LLC and the applicant.

Licensing and Availability

RevolvFi LLC is a Michigan limited liability company. Our products and services are not available in all states, and we do not offer, solicit, or extend financing in any jurisdiction in which we are not authorized to do so.

Licensing and registration status varies by jurisdiction and changes over time. Availability of a product in one state does not imply availability in another. Statements on the Services are not an offer to transact business in any jurisdiction where RevolvFi LLC is not properly licensed, registered, or exempt.

Nothing on the Services is a representation about the effect any application or transaction will have on any credit score or report.

Testimonials, Case Studies, and Results

Any testimonials, reviews, case studies, examples, or performance figures appearing on the Services reflect the experience of specific businesses under specific circumstances. They are not a guarantee, warranty, or prediction of the results any other business will achieve, and results are not typical. Individual outcomes depend on factors unique to each business, many outside RevolvFi LLC’s control.

Where a testimonial provider received compensation, incentives, or a business relationship benefit, that connection is disclosed in accordance with applicable advertising rules.

Third-Party Content, Links, and Partners

The Services may contain links to, or integrations with, third-party websites, applications, and services, and may display content originating from third parties. RevolvFi LLC does not monitor, verify, endorse, warrant, or assume responsibility for third-party content, products, services, or practices. We are not a party to, and are not responsible for, any transaction between you and a third party.

Brokers, ISOs, and referral partners are independent third parties.They are not agents or employees of RevolvFi LLC and have no authority to make representations, commitments, approvals, or offers on our behalf, or to bind RevolvFi LLC in any way. Statements made by a broker or referral partner regarding approval likelihood, pricing, terms, or timing are not RevolvFi LLC’s statements, and RevolvFi LLC is not responsible for them.

Do not transmit sensitive information to us through unsecured channels. RevolvFi LLC will never ask you to send full account credentials by email or text message.
